The action page is your hub to stay on top of everything that is happening in your platform, and the best place for you to go to ensure your data is up to date and complete. Within the action page you will see a list of multiple different types of actions.

Action Types

Data Quality Alerts

A data quality alert will be triggered if there are incomplete segments of data within your data set. Data quality alerts can be dismissed if there are no inputs for that given period. There are a few different parts of the app that can trigger this:

  • Missing Business Travel inputs for a Month - These mean your team has not entered any business travel for the month that is indicated. If there was no business travel on those months you can just mark these alerts as complete.

Data Inputs

Data input actions will be triggered if there are required monthly inputs that haven’t been completed. Examples of these monthly inputs are

  • Office Energy - You have not entered this months energy usage for your office. In order to dismiss these types of alerts you need to enter the data.
  • Employee Commutes - Your team has incomplete commutes. You can see the status of all of your employees and track their progress, and notify them to complete their commutes. You can only resolve this alert once all of the commutes are complete.
  • Target Intensity Metric Data - You are missing data for your monthly intensity metric for your Intensity based target. You can resolve this alert by entering your data.
  • Custom Source - A custom source that you have indicated has monthly inputs is missing data. You can resolve this by entering the required data.

Custom Actions

You can create custom actions through the Actions page or through an initiative, using the Create button. Custom actions can be marked as complete at any time.

Initiative Actions

Initiative actions will be generated when you select "add" on a recommended action within an initiative. You can mark these as complete at any time.

Managing Actions

Within each action detail you can:

  • Assign a User - This will set that user as the manager of the task
  • Add a Note - You can only add one note to an action, this will give context for future users to be able to execute on the task.
  • Set a Due Date - This lets your team know when you need the task completed.
